Kathmandu. Counting of votes has begun in Sarlahi-4. The counting of votes has begun from 10:15 am in the constituency where Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa is contesting.
In the first phase, the counting of votes of wards 3, 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Balara Municipality has begun. Balara Municipality is the home of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Amresh Kumar Singh.
