Kathmandu. In Morang-3, the Labour and Culture Party, which has soil as the election symbol, has taken the lead in the beginning.
Out of 500 votes counted, Mato got 218 votes. Tree got 119 votes, Bell got 116 votes while Surya got 28 votes.
Amir Magar of Labour and Culture Party, Sunil Sharma of Nepali Congress and Ganesh Karki of Rastriya Samajwadi Party are in the fray from this constituency.
