Kathmandu. CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that Falgun 21 is a special and memorable day for him. Taking to social media on Thursday, he said that Falgun 21 is the day of two important coincidences of his life.
Oli wrote, “Today is the day of two coincidences of my life. Today is Sukhani Martyrs’ Day, and on this day, 6 years ago, I underwent my second kidney transplant. He recalled both events as the day he was resurrected from the brink of death.
Referring to the Jhapa movement, PM Oli recalled that he was jailed in course of the struggle against the autocratic system and his comrades were killed in the jungle of Sukhani. He paid rich tributes to martyrs Ram Nath Dahal, Netra Ghimire, Biren Rajbanshi, Krishna Kuinkel and Narayan Shrestha.
PM Oli has said that Falgun 21 is a day that will never be forgotten in his life.
