Kathmandu. PALPA: Voting for the election to the House of Representatives (HoR) has begun peacefully in Palpa district today. According to the District Election Commission, Palpa, necessary security arrangements have been made at all the polling stations in the district. No untoward incident has been reported so far and voting is going on peacefully.
