Nepali Congress President Thapa casts his vote

Kathmandu. President Thapa cast his vote from a polling centre at Maitidevi Temple in Kathmandu-30 this morning. He is contesting from Sarlahi-4 this time. Elections are taking place today for 165 constituencies under first-past-the-post (first-past-the-past) electoral system and 110 constituencies under proportional representation. Voting is underway across the country.
