They cast their ballots at the Basic Health Service polling centre in Tokha municipality-4 of Kathmandu on Thursday morning. Elections are taking place today for 165 constituencies under first-past-the-post (first-past-the-past) electoral system and 110 constituencies under proportional representation. A total of 65 political parties are contesting under the first-past-the-post election symbol
