Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population has designated contact persons for the management of health services in view of the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives scheduled for March 4.
Issuing a notice, the Ministry said that the employees of the Health Emergency Operation Center will be in touch to respond to possible incidents during the public holiday and to coordinate the health services.
Ministry spokesperson Dr Prakash Budhathoki said focal persons have been assigned at the centre and all seven provinces to make immediate coordination during the time of health emergency during the elections.
The ministry has designated 6 employees and the spokesperson of the ministry as contact persons for the center. Likewise, the Ministry has assigned responsibility for seven provincial health emergency operation centers.
