Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall on Thursday. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index increased by 38.52 points to close at 2,712.49 points.

A total of 1,51,84,607 units of shares of 329 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 6.23 billion were traded. Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited was the most traded today. The company has a turnover of Rs 34.65 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Salapa Development Bank have made the most profits. The company’s share price has risen by more than 9 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Shubham Power Limited suffered the most. The company’s share price fell by more than 2 percent.
