In the constituency of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane, Balen shared the stage with him. Even when he spoke normally, the fans cheered loudly.
As he spoke, he stopped speaking. Smiling, he told the crowd, “I love you.” Balen shook his head as the hooting became even louder. And he smiled and said, “They don’t let me talk.”
The supporters didn’t stop. Balen said again, “What should I do now, let’s play the song, dance now?” After a while, the hooting slowed down a bit and Balen continued his speech.
