Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Kulman Ghising-led Ujyalo Nepal Party has intensified its door-to-door campaign in Kathmandu-3 targeting the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives.
A team led by party chairman and candidate for the House of Representatives from Kathmandu Constituency No. 3 reached the voters of ward 2, 3 and 4 of Gokarneshwor Municipality on Friday and presented the party’s agenda.
During the door-to-door programme, party member Kumar Raj Subedi claimed that the voters of Kathmandu-3 are in favour of change. He said voters were excited to choose a new option this time.
Praising Ghising’s leadership ability, Subedi said, “Our candidate has proved his leadership by giving light to the country. Now there is growing confidence among the people that he can also remove the load shedding of politics. ’
He claimed that the party was getting huge support from the people. He said that Kulman Ghising is a person who can provide light of prosperity in the country.
“The people of Kathmandu Constituency No. 3 are in favour of complete change. They are ready to change their mind this time. We are getting immense support and affection from the people. Ghising is a candidate who can bring the light of prosperity to this country. ’
Ghising, who came into the limelight as the former executive director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) by ending load-shedding, is being promoted more by well-wishers.
