Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) candidates in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts are set to make public their common commitment with a roadmap for development with Vision 10. There are 10 constituencies in Kathmandu, 3 in Lalitpur and 2 in Bhaktapur.
General Secretary Pradip Poudel said that the commitment will be made public in the presence of the candidates in the afternoon. Poudel, who is also the candidate for the House of Representatives from Kathmandu-5, has led the public outline of common works to be carried out for the sustainable development of Kathmandu Valley in the next five years.
General Secretary Poudel said that the draft has been prepared after consultation among the candidates on the issues related to transportation and infrastructure of the federal capital and it would be made public today.
“Our priority is the roadmap for the development of the entire Kathmandu Valley. We are going to make a common commitment public as it is easier to raise the issue in a common way than alone. ’
Nepali Congress Kathmandu Secretary Sushan Baidya said that Nepali Congress candidates from all three districts will be present in the program. The program will be held at 1 pm at Bhatbhateni in Bishalnagar, Kathmandu.
