Kathmandu. KATHMANDU — Coordinator of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has stressed the need for all revolutionary communists to unite to strengthen the leftist movement in the country.

He recalled that the NCP was formed in 74 years by joining hands with the CPN-UML, bringing leaders and cadres of Mukti Samaj Dolakha, which is close to the UML, into the party.

He said, “We formed the CPN (Nepal Communist Party) by merging the CPN-UML and the CPN (Maoist Centre) in 74 BS with the objective of uniting the communist movement in Nepal. Unfortunately, we couldn’t save him. But our purpose was right. Our feelings, ideas and objectives to unite the leftist communists of Nepal were justified. But we could not save the unity due to the wrong thinking and working style of the leadership. ’

He said that the difficult situation that emerged after the Zenji movement has again increased the need for the leftists, patriots, socialists and communists to unite.

He added, “Past ministers and lawmakers of the UML also joined the Communist Party of Nepal. After the formation of the Communist Party of Nepal, a new atmosphere of polarization has been created. In a short time, all of us leftist communists will finally be together again. ’

He said that the number of rebels in the UML has increased due to the wrong thinking and working style of KP Oli.

He added, “Friends like you within the UML will revolt and help raise the flag of unity again.” And we will be united. There are only a few days left for the election. I’m looking at the records all over the country every day. In all appearances, we are progressing day by day. We are likely to be the number one party. If not, we will be a competitive party. ’

He said that the role of NCP will be important in the next government.
