Kathmandu. At least 9 people were injured in a bus accident on the Lamahi-Ghorahi road section in Dang district on Sunday morning.
Six men and three women were injured when a passenger bus (Lu 2 Kha 3277) en route to Tulsipur of Dang from Krishnanagar of Kapilvastu met with an accident at around 10.40 this morning.
7 of the injured are undergoing treatment at Rapti Institute of Health Sciences in Ghorahi while 2 are undergoing treatment at Lamahi Hospital. Resham Bohara, information officer at the District Police Office, Dang, said that the incident took place.
Keshar Bahadur Pun, 35, of Sisahaniya of Rapti Rural Municipality-5 of Dang had driven the bus. Police have taken the bus driver under control.
