Kathmandu. Senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party Balendra Sah has pledged to address the problems of landless and squatters in Jhapa-5. Unveiling his manifesto today, he pledged to form a high-powered commission to deliver justice to the landless squatters.
Balen’s affidavit has three points on the title of land management. The first point states that a commission would be formed within 100 days of the formation of the RSP government and a solution would be found in 1000 days to resolve the problem of landless, landless and unsystematic settlement in Jhapa-5.
He also said that a land bank would be set up to ensure the proper utilization of the barren land and to promote the foundation, pooling and integration. Balen has also promised to complete the survey and map recording of the lands that have not been mapped and recorded.
