Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of Super Khudi Hydropower Limited. The company is issuing 12,86,500 units of ordinary shares to the general public from February 18.
Out of the total offered shares, 77,500 units have been set aside for the mutual funds and 31,000 units have been set aside for the employees. Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 1,00,000 units. The interested bidders can bid for the shares from ASBA board of Nepal (SEBON) and their designated branches. You can also apply through the ‘My Share’ online system.
Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The company has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 2 million units of ordinary shares (at the face rate of Rs 100 per share). In the first phase, the company has issued IPO to Nepalis working abroad and residents of project-affected areas.
