Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has stressed on the need of ensuring social justice and the rights of all. Speaking at a question-answer programme with Gagan Thapa on the party’s election pledge at the National Assembly Hall in Kathmandu on Thursday, he stressed the need to ensure the rights of all.
“Prosperity and prosperity are the two words that have been in vogue in recent times. Prosperity means that if our industrialization and income increases by 10 times more than what it is now, then we will be considered prosperous. But we tried to capture the dream within prosperity. We captured the dream by saying prosperity. ’
He said that if violence against women and untouchability do not decrease within prosperity, prosperity and prosperity society will not be accepted. “If our income and income are increasing in 10 years, if violence against women does not decrease, we will not accept whether Nepal has become more prosperous or not,” he said.
He also stressed on the contribution of Nepali diaspora to become the guardian of Nepalis scattered all over the world. “Our state will also be the guardian of Nepalis living abroad. The sentiments, knowledge, skills and capital of Nepalis scattered all over the world will be linked to the reawakening of motherland,” he said.
