Kathmandu. KATHMANDU — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that he had to become the prime minister four times to complete his term, saying there is a tendency to topple the government as soon as he starts doing good work.
Talking to the voters during the door-to-door campaign in course of the election campaign, he claimed that the government was dissolved time and again while trying to forward development works.
“The government was toppled at a time when plans were being forwarded to resume railway services and expand relations through ships. When the work resumed, the government was dissolved again. You have to be prime minister four times to complete one term,” he said.
PM Oli also accused various forces of creating hurdles in the construction of infrastructure required for the country’s development.
Responding to the criticism raised about the view tower, he clarified that the structure was not just an observation tower but a business complex. “It has been forwarded with the intention of developing it as an IT hub with the objective of attracting IT industry and investment,” he clarified.
