Rs 5 billion revenue collected from real estate transactions in January

Kathmandu. In the month of February, the land revenue offices across the country collected Rs 5.09 billion in revenue.

Revenue was collected at Rs 5.17 billion in January compared to Rs 5.17 billion in January. According to the Department of Land Management and Archives, which keeps the details of land revenue collection, the real estate transaction has not increased significantly.

According to the department, a total of 50,837 documents were passed in the month of January. The number of documents passed in January this year has increased slightly compared to last year.

According to the department, the department collected Rs 31,58,72,488 as service tax and Rs 2,68,69,42,532 as registration fee in the month of February.

Similarly, Rs 1.96 billion has been collected as capital gains tax, according to the department.
