Kathmandu. The Election Observation CommitteeTAG_CLOSE_span_4 Nepal has mobilized 700 observers in 77 districts across the country to TAG_OPEN_span_4 ensure fairness and transparency of the upcomingTAG_OPEN_span_5 House of Representatives Election 2082{.
The committee has deputed expert observers, including 40 long-term observers, to closely study the compliance of the election code of conduct. They will monitor the expenditure incurred on election publicity, abiding by the election code of conduct and monitoring the entire election process.
A two-day special training was conducted on February 9-25 to study the status of compliance with the election act, law and code of conduct.
Issuing a press release today, Shree Krishna SubediTAG_CLOSE_span_3, chairman of the committee {{TAG_OPEN_p_6 TAG_OPEN_span_3}}, has expressed the expectation of positive contribution from all the stakeholders to make the election legal, peaceful, clean, fair, free and dignified.
