. The District Administration Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta West) has warned Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane not to violate the election code of conduct.
After receiving information that the RSP would organize a ‘public relations and bell greeting program’ in the district on Tuesday, the administration issued a notice directing not to carry out any activities violating the election code of conduct.TAG_OPEN_p_6
The notice signed by Assistant Chief District Officer and Election Code of Conduct Monitoring Officer Poshan Raj Bhandari reminded that the Election Commission had already enforced the election code of conduct since January 28, 2082 to hold the upcoming election to the members of the House of Representatives in a free, fair and fear-free environment.TAG_OPEN_p_5
The notice issued by the administration
reads, “As information has been received that Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane was conducting a ‘public relations and bell greeting program’ in this district on February 11, 2082, all concerned are informed not to carry out activities contrary to the election code of conduct, 2082.TAG_OPEN_p_4 ”
