Kathmandu. The Sudurpaschim Province government has decided to provide one lakh rupees each as humanitarian assistance to the families of those killed in the bus accident that took place in Baitadi on Thursday.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers chaired by Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah on Friday took the decision to this effect.TAG_OPEN_p_5
The accident took place at Purchaudi municipality-7, Badgaun on Thursday when the bus (SP-PR-02-001 Kha 1119) was heading towards Bajhang from Baitadi.TAG_OPEN_p_4 At least 13 people were killed and 35 injured. The injured are receiving treatment at various hospitals.
The cabinet has also decided that the state government will bear all the expenses of the injured for treatment in the government hospitals.TAG_OPEN_p_3
