. Locals of Chishankhugadhi-6 in Okhaldhunga district have started leaving their settlements feeling unsafe after four people were killed in a month’s time. The villagers have decided not to vote in the House of Representatives elections on March 4 until justice and civil security are guaranteed to the victims.

The meeting has formed an all-party struggle committee urging not to hold political meetings, rallies and gatherings.TAG_OPEN_p_3 However, the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) has taken a different view on the ‘No Vote’ campaign.
