Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has urged the cooperatives to contact the concerned party within 7 days to vacate the houses and rooms rented by the cooperatives.
The notice was published as per the decision taken by the decision of the decision implementation committee on 2082/10/15 regarding the vacation of the houses and rooms taken by the judicial committee under the Department of Law and Human Rights, Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
As per the notice, the office-bearers (Board of Directors and Account Supervision Committee), employees and members of the cooperatives mentioned in the details should compulsorily contact the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Department of Law and Human Rights within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The KMC has stated that the houses and rooms taken by the cooperatives will be vacated as per the decision of the judicial committee if the office-bearers, employees or members of the concerned cooperatives do not come into contact within the stipulated time. It has also been informed through the notice that the goods in the cooperative office will be handed over to the concerned house owner when the houses and rooms are vacated and no claim or opposition regarding the cooperative’s property or goods will be accepted later.
The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has also requested all sides concerned to contact the concerned side on time for cooperation in implementing the decision of the judicial committee.
