Kathmandu. Kathmandu – The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has started expanding cycle lanes and footpaths from Maitighar Mandala to Tinkune.
The metropolis has systematized and secured the cycle lanes, saying that the cycle lanes that were carved out with green lines on the road before this were risky and impractical. Cycle lanes have been constructed along with wide footpaths.
Safe cycle lanes and well-managed footpaths are being constructed along the two-and-a-half-kilometer road section from Maitighar to Tinkune Bridge. It is informed that the scheme launched by the metropolis will be expanded to other areas as well. View the rest of the image:
