Party and Jhapa-5 to issue separate manifestos in third week of February: Balen Shah

. Rastriya Janata Party (RSP) prime ministerial candidate Balendra (Balen) Shah held a meeting with the locals of squatters in Jhapa-5 on Tuesday.
