Kathmandu. The CPN-UML has analysed that there is no risk to its party in Jhapa-5. General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel shared the party’s analysis at a press conference held at the party’s central office in Chyasal on Friday.
Although the uproar on social media has had some impact, he claimed that they are in a safe position in the area when it comes to voters. “Maybe the uproar on social media has made an impact. But we are in a safe situation in Jhapa-5 as well,” Pokharel said. CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is contesting from Jhapa-5. Senior RSP leader Balen Shah is also in the fray in the constituency.
