Kathmandu. CPN-UML lawmaker Sumitra BC has said that the agitation that took place on September 7 and 24 should be seen from two perspectives.
Speaking at a meeting of the National Assembly on Wednesday, she said that all were aware of the present situation and that the issue raised by the youths against good governance and corruption was the issue that they have been continuously raising the voice. Expressing suspicion of infiltration in the protests, lawmaker BC said that the incidents of shooting at the heads and chest of school children seemed to be an attempt to instigate the agitation.
Expressing heartfelt condolence to the children who lost their lives in the incident, she expressed deep condolences and solidarity with the parents who were forced to endure unbearable pain.
