Kathmandu. The people who celebrated the festival in the villages with Dashain tika and jamara have started returning to Kathmandu. The number of passengers on the roads entering Kathmandu has increased after the people who had been living in the valley for employment, study and business started returning.

The number of vehicles entering the Kalanki area, the main entry point of the valley, is also increasing. Passengers are returning to their destinations in public buses and other vehicles.

After most of the people returned to their villages during Dashain, the number of vehicles on the deserted roads has started increasing again. With the arrival of passengers, life in the Kathmandu Valley has also gradually started returning to normal.
