Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel has issued the ordinance.
President Poudel issued an ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts related to disaster-related 2083.
The President may, on the recommendation of the Government of Nepal and Council of Ministers, promulgate the Ordinance pursuant to Article 114 (1
) of the Constitution of Nepal.
