Kathmandu. The government has announced the first fortnightly award for the month of September as part of the taxpayer incentive gift.
The Inland Revenue Department today announced 16 winners, including 15 and one bumper, under the first fortnightly prize of the month of September. On a daily basis, 15 people received Rs 1 lakh each and one bumper prize received Rs 10 lakh.
According to the department, customers with coupon number 073110202501 who bought goods worth Rs 21,000 from Nepal Petro Lube Pvt. Ltd. won a bumper prize. According to the announcement, Lalbabu Sah Kanu of Parsa received a bumper gift of Rs 10 lakh.
The Inland Revenue Department has implemented the ‘Taxpayer Incentive Gift Program Operation Procedure 2083’ from the current fiscal year. According to the department, from September 15 to September 15, consumers who took bills by participating in online and cash purchases were eligible for the Gift Program.
