Kathmandu. The House of Representatives is meeting on Friday. The meeting of the House of Representatives to be held at 11 am in Singha Durbar will be tabled by the concerned ministers to answer the oral and written questions that could not be presented in the House.
Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, will present the eighth annual report of the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission, 2083 BS.
Similarly, Minister Gautam will present the proposal seeking to send the ‘Bill to Preserve Some Nepal Acts-2083’ and the ‘National Defence University Bill-2083’ to the respective committees for clause-wise deliberations.
Similarly, Minister for Infrastructure Development Sunil Lamsal proposed that the Waste Management Bill, 2083 be sent to the concerned committee for clause-wise deliberations.
Minister for Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minority and Social Security, Sita Badi, presented a proposal seeking clause-wise deliberation on the Bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to women, children, gender and sexual minority and social security, 2083 BS.
Similarly, Minister for Health and Food Hygiene, Nisha Mehta, is scheduled to present the bill related to mother’s milk (sale and distribution control) (first amendment) Bill, 2083, the Right to Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health (first amendment) Bill, 2083, the (second amendment) bill, 2083 and the Ramraja Prasad Singh Academy of Health Sciences Bill, 2083 to the respective committees for clause-wise deliberations.
Likewise, the meeting is scheduled to pass the ‘Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of Office-bearers of Constitutional Bodies (First Amendment) Bill, 2083’.
In the meeting, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal will present the notice of absence received from 10 or more lawmakers for approval of the House of Representatives as per the House of Representatives Regulations, 2083. Similarly, the Speaker will read out the letter received from the President in the meeting.
