Kathmandu. The stock market, which had decreased yesterday, has increased today. The NEPSE index increased by 11.77 points to close at 2,629.81 points.
Except for non-life insurance, the sub-indices of all sub-indices increased by 1.83 percent today.
Today, the shares of 176 companies increased and 95 declined. Similarly, the shares of 7 companies did not fluctuate.
Shares of Nepal Lube Oil rose by 12.5 percent today. Overall, the shares of Mid Solu Hydropower fell by 11.5 percent on the day of the market.
Although the NEPSE index increased today, the turnover amount has decreased. Today, 17.2 million shares of 356 companies were traded for Rs 5.44 billion, compared to Rs 6.35 billion yesterday.
