Kathmandu. The stock market index NEPSE decreased by a high point. Today, the NEPSE index decreased by 36.25 points to close at 2,618.03 points.
The indices of all the groups declined, while the life insurance group fell by more than 2 percent. Today, the share prices of 253 companies decreased and 23 increased. The shares of 2 companies did not fluctuate.
Today, the share price of Frost Microfinance Laghubitta has fallen by more than 8.5 percent. Overall, the shares of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have increased by 15 percent on the day of the market.
Today, the transaction amount has also decreased with NEPSE. Today, 21.6 million shares of 252 companies were traded for Rs 6.35 billion, compared to Rs 7.05 billion yesterday.
