KATHMANDU: Coordinator of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that preparations are underway to launch a protest against the government after Das Tihar. Addressing the plenary meeting of the central committee of the All Nepal Peasants Federation, he said that people’s anger against the government is increasing.
He said, “We have gradually brought together all the opposition inside the House. We will raise our voice unitedly there. The government has started oppressing, atrocities and atrocities on the squatters, workers, farmers, students, intellectuals, trade unions or all the comrades of the workers’ movement. There is a need to go to the movement by forming a broad united front against it. We are also preparing for that. ’
He said that continuous discussions were being held with various parties, intellectuals and civil society.
He added, “We are ahead of big festivals in Nepal. Even during this period of festivals, we will take forward the preparatory work. Looking at the situation in the country after the festival, we have to create a new movement and counter against the counter-revolutionary conspiracy. ’
He said that everyone should be accommodated by making a big chest responsibly.
