Kathmandu. The stock market, which had decreased yesterday, has increased today. The NEPSE index has increased by 11.93 points to close at 2,624.36 points today.
Today, the sub-indices of all the sub-indices except investment and others have increased, while the life insurance group has increased by more than 1 percent.
Today, the shares of 177 companies increased and 85 declined. Similarly, the shares of 16 companies did not fluctuate.
Shares of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta are up nearly 12.5 percent today. Overall, shares of Hathway Investment Nepal and Sanima Large Cap Fund fell nearly 3 percent on the day of the market.
Today, the transaction amount has also increased with NEPSE. Today, 13.6 million shares of 339 companies were traded for Rs 5.49 billion, compared to Rs 5.38 billion yesterday.
