Harka Sampang, chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, has said that the open border between India and Nepal should be closed. Speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives, he said that a visa system should be made for India as well. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There should not be an open border between India and Nepal. Let&#8217;s create a visa system. Let&#8217;s seal. So that we know how many Nepalis are living in India, how many millions of Indians are living in Nepal. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>According to him, various criminal activities including human trafficking have increased due to the open border. <\/p>\n<p>He said, &#8220;The border of India and Nepal, which is nowhere else in the world, should be open.
