The meeting of the Council of Ministers held today took five important decisions. <\/p>\n<p>The government has decided to waive clean infrastructure investment fee and value added tax (VAT) on ambulances and mortuary vehicles imported or produced in Nepal. <\/p>\n<p>Likewise, Om Prakash Mehta, Jaya Prakash Mehta, Rabindra Kumar Mehta of Sunsari and Ganesh Kumar Yadav of Siraha who died during the demonstrations in Sunsari and Siraha were declared martyrs. <\/p>\n<p>The cabinet also decided to give consent to the Portugal government to open a consular office in Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>Nirmal Kumar Upreti of Bara has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Foreign Employment Board. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting also decided to make public the report on share trade-purchase of Ncell, 2080 BS formed under the coordination of former Auditor General Tanka Mani Sharma Dangal. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
