According to the Flood Forecasting Division, there is a risk of flood in Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhupalchowk, Kavrepalanchowk, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Makwanpur, Nuwakot, Dhading, Rasuwa, Gorkha, Chitwan, Nawalparasi east and Nawalparasi west. <\/p>\n
Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Tanahun, Syangja, Lamjung, Kaski, Parbat, Myagdi, Baglung, Doti, Dadeldhura, Kanchanpur and Kailali are also at risk of floods. The Division has urged the people living on the river banks, rivulets and low-lying areas to adopt necessary precautions. <\/p>\n
Although the water level in the major rivers remains below the warning level, the water level in most of the rivers is expected to rise significantly in the next three days. It is predicted that the water level will rise in the Koshi, Narayani, Karnali, Mahakali, Bagmati, Kamala, Kankai, East Rapti, West Rapti and Babai river systems. <\/p>\n
