Kathmandu. Pralhad Joshi has been appointed as the Union Education Minister of India. Earlier, Joshi was given the responsibility of the Education Ministry after Dharmendra Pradhan accepted the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. <\/p>\n
President Droupadi Murmu accepted Pradhan’s resignation on the recommendation of the Prime Minister. According to a press release issued by the President’s Office, Joshi has been given the responsibility of the Ministry of Education on the recommendation of the Prime Minister. He will also hold the portfolio of Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. <\/p>\n
The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) had been protesting at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, demanding the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. After the third round of talks with Union Ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh and Pradhan’s resignation, the CJP appealed to the protesters to return home. <\/p>\n
