The cases of theft of motorcycles and scooters have increased in the valley in recent period. KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office has handed over 51 stolen motorcycles and scooters to their respective owners. <\/p>\n<p>Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Suresh Prasad Kafle handed over 35 motorcycles and 16 scooters to the owners of the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office amid a function held at the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office on Monday. <\/p>\n<p>Traffic Spokesperson SP Naresh Raj Subedi said that motorcycles and scooters are found to be lost or stolen while parked. He suggested that if the vehicle has to be parked for a long time, it should be informed to the nearest police or traffic police office in advance. <\/p>\n<p>Traffic police have urged the public to use technology such as anti-lock system, alarm system, GPS tracker to prevent vehicle theft.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
