Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Police have arrested 32 people on the charge of harassing pedestrians from Jadibuti area of Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
According to the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, the campaign was launched on the basis of complaints that people were being forcibly put on vehicles, dragged bags and goods in the area for a long time. They were arrested in the meantime. <\/p>\n
Superintendent of Police Rameshwor Karki, Spokesperson of the District Police Office, said that most of the arrestees are from Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhupalchowk, Kavrepalanchowk, Okhaldhunga and Sunsari. Further investigation is underway. <\/p>\n
Spokesperson Karki has urged the public to immediately contact the nearest police office or police helpline number if any person or group causes unnecessary trouble to the public.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
