Kathmandu. The Survey Department of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration has launched a mobile app called ‘Merokitta’. Minister for General Administration Pratibha Rawal launched the app on Wednesday and said that through this app, people can get land-related services from the comfort of their homes. <\/p>\n
According to the Survey Department, the app is available on both Android and iOS platforms and can be downloaded from Play Store and App Store. Online applications can be made for map printing, fieldbook extraction, plot register extraction and field drawing through the app. <\/p>\n
After registration, an OTP will be available from the system and the subscribers can regularly check the status of their application using mobile number and OTP. According to the department, the required revenue for field drawing service can be paid online. <\/p>\n
An arrangement has also been made to get the contact numbers of the office chief and information officer of the survey office through the app. According to the department, the Merokitta service is available in the web version along with the mobile app.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
