Kathmandu. The Department of Immigration has urged the Nepali workers to travel for foreign employment only after obtaining labour permit. <\/p>\n
Issuing a press release today, the Department has requested some Nepalis on labour visa to come to the Tribhuvan International Airport for departure only after applying to the Department of Foreign Employment for labour permit. <\/p>\n
Stating that it is difficult for the workers to come to the airport without the approval by applying for the application, the Immigration has requested the workers to come only after the issuance of the labour permit. <\/p>\n
According to the department, the labour permit is applied only through other people and the workers are not aware of it. <\/p>\n
Nepalis travelling abroad on a worker visa have been requested to travel only after ascertaining that they have a work permit. <\/p>\n
The Immigration Office has also made it clear that the departure permit cannot be issued on the basis of the work visa if the work permit is only applied but the permission is not approved. <\/p>\n
