Kathmandu. Nepali Congress lawmaker Arjun Narsingh KC has said that he does not feel that Prime Minister Balendra Sah is an integral part of the parliament. <\/p>\n
Taking special time in the House of Representatives on Thursday, he also questioned whether the Prime Minister is a part of the parliament or not. <\/p>\n
He also claimed that Prime Minister Shah seems to be the emperor of a separate island and not of the country. Leader KC objected to the absence of Prime Minister Saha, who was also the Home Minister, in the parliament at a time when the government should have been serious about disaster management. <\/p>\n
“The Prime Minister is now the Home Minister. The issue of disaster is taken seriously by the Ministry of Home Affairs. <\/p>\n
Now he is the Home Minister. I do not know whether he himself is a part of this parliament or not. I would like to draw attention to whether he is the Emperor of an island somewhere in the Empire or an integral part of this parliament. The government should pay close attention to this serious issue. <\/p>\n
And we can’t just build the situation from the past years. We can create new things only through a definite concept and a plan of action to create order from every anomaly. \u2019<\/p>\n
