KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has forwarded the construction of grassland in the southern part of Tundikhel (the southern part of Army Pavilion). Issuing a notice, the Public Works Department of Kathmandu Metropolitan City has started the construction work from March 8. <\/p>\n<p>The grassland is to be constructed at the place as per the approved budget and programme for the fiscal year 2082\/83 of the metropolis. The metropolis has paid Rs 2,42,51,131 including VAT to New Benjamin Sussman R. The contract has been signed with K (JV) to complete the work within a year.
