Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, has threatened to expel those who cry over the issue of proportional representation from the party. <\/p>\n<p>He made the warning in a social media post on Friday after the struggle for the proportional representation (PR) seat in the Labour and Culture Party, which has become a national party by cutting the threshold. <\/p>\n<p>He wrote, &#8220;From now on, all those who cry about the issue of proportional representation will be expelled from the party without even being an ordinary member! That&#8217;s the limit. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>The Labour Culture Party, which secured 3,85,902 votes in the recently held elections to the House of Representatives, has secured four seats under the proportional representation system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
