Air pollution is increasing in the Kathmandu Valley. According to the Department of Environment, there has been no rainfall in the Valley for the last 3 days. <\/p>\n<p>Pollution in the air in the valley has increased due to lack of rainfall for a long time and no wind blowing. According to the Air Quality Index (AQI) today, the air quality index in the Kathmandu Valley reached 186 in the afternoon. With this, Kathmandu has been ranked as the fourth most polluted city in the world. <\/p>\n<p>An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered &#8216;good&#8217;, while an AQI between 51 and 100 is considered &#8216;cautionary&#8217;.
