In Sunsari Constituency-1, Labour and Culture Party&#8217;s candidate Harka Raj Rai Sampang has defeated Rastriya Swatantra Party&#8217;s Goma Tamang (Sarin) by 1082 votes. According to the Office of the Election Officer, 15,378 votes were counted in Dharan from 1 to 6 out of which 5891 votes were cast. <\/p>\n<p>Sarin Tamang is trailing Sampang with 4809 votes. Similarly, Surya Bahadur Bhattarai (Manoj) of CPN (UML) got 1291 votes, Tikaram Limbu of CPN-UML got 964 votes, Sujendra Tamang of NC got 895 votes and Uddhav Shrestha of RPP got 375 votes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
