Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Balen Shah has garnered 32,336 votes in Jhapa constituency-5. <\/p>\n<p>In the 51,698 votes counted, he got almost three times more votes than his nearest competitor. <\/p>\n<p>His nearest rival was CPN-UML candidate who got 8,518 votes. The difference between Shah and Oli has reached more than 23,000. <\/p>\n<p>Sameer Tamang of the Labour and Culture Party got the third vote in Jhapa-5. He garnered 5,478 votes while NC&#8217;s Mandhara Chimaria got 930 votes. <\/p>\n<p>CPN&#8217;s Ranjit Tamang got 8,831 votes.
