CPN (Maoist Centre) Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal has won the election in Rukum (East). Prachanda is leading with 8,747 votes. <\/p>\n<p>His nearest rival was CPN-UML&#8217;s Leela Mani Gautam who secured 3,017 votes. The difference between them is 5,729. Now only 3,365 votes are left to be counted. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 19,188 votes were cast in the House of Representatives elections held on Tuesday. So far, 15,823 votes have been counted. <\/p>\n<p>Nepali Congress candidate Kusum Devi Thapa is third with 2,477 votes and Rastriya Janata Party&#8217;s Lakhan Kumar Thapa is in the third position with 712 votes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
